Why him

A named method,
a book, and a firm.

Plenty of people will give you an opinion about your business. Rather fewer have written the method down, put their name on it, and built a firm that runs it.

Steps in the Premier Growth System, run in the same order every time.

The method

Diagnose before you treat

Most business advice arrives as a treatment with no examination. He works the other way round, and the first hour is always the diagnosis.

How he works →

Add these once you can evidence them

Years doing this, businesses advised, stages spoken on, people in the rooms. Countable facts

belong in the row above — they do more for authority than any adjective. Only add what you can stand behind.

What he actually does

He can tell you, inside an hour, which one thing is holding your business down

And it's almost never the thing you've been spending money on.

You've built something that works. People recommend you, the diary's full, and somewhere past a quarter of a million it quietly stopped moving. So you went looking for the missing tactic — ads, LinkedIn, a rebrand, an agency.

None of those were the problem. Businesses at your size don't stall because a tactic is missing. They stall because the right things are being done in the wrong order.

You can't fix where customers come from while your offer is vague. You can't fix your offer while you're priced like the person you were at £80,000. And none of it scales while every decision still routes through you.

Referrals are rain. A funnel is irrigation. You can farm on rain for years — right up until the year it doesn't come.

That's the work. Not motivation, not another tactic. Seven things, in the right order, for a business at exactly your size.

The longer story →

The diagnosis

You didn’t stall by accident

Businesses your size hit the same three ceilings, in the same order. Spending on

the wrong one is where most growth budgets quietly disappear.

01

The identity ceiling

You still think of yourself as the best practitioner in the business rather than the person who built it. So everything routes through you, delegating feels like letting standards slip, and raising your prices feels like showing off.

You'll know it by: being the most expensive person in the company, doing the cheapest work in it.

02

The offer ceiling

Every job quoted from scratch. Everything bespoke. You're selling time, priced against whatever the person down the road charges rather than what the outcome is worth to the person buying it.

You'll know it by: not being able to say what you sell in one sentence — and discounting the moment someone pushes.

03

The systems ceiling

Nothing's written down. Hiring keeps failing because the job only exists in your head. Quality dips whenever you step back, so you've stopped stepping back.

You'll know it by: a business that runs on heroics — and you're the hero, and you're tired.

Work out which one has you →

The method

The Premier
Growth System

Seven steps, always this order. Skip one and the next costs you double — which is why buying leads before you've fixed your offer is such an expensive way to learn.

You don't rebuild everything at once. You start at your earliest broken step and work forward. Most owners are two steps further back than they think.

01

Clarify

Who you're actually for — and who you're quietly hoping never rings again.

02

Package

Bespoke-every-time becomes something named, scoped and repeatable.

03

Price

Priced against the outcome, not the person down the road.

04

Attract

One channel you own, producing enquiries whether or not anyone refers you.

05

Convert

A conversation with a shape, so winning work stops depending on your mood.

06

Deliver & retain

Someone other than you doing the work, to your standard, repeatably.

07

Scale

Numbers you steer by, and a business that survives your holiday.

What brought you here?

Pick the honest one. Nobody's going to chase you down any of them.

Two ways to have him working inside your business rather than advising you from outside it: a single day, or a year with real money riding on the outcome.

He takes a handful a year. That number is the reason they're worth what they cost, and it's why both start with a conversation rather than a checkout.

Why this is the work he does

One November,
nothing came in

He'd had a good October. Properly full — the diary solid, delivering everything himself. Two referrals arrived that month and he turned both away, politely, with the quiet satisfaction of someone doing well enough to say no.To change and reuse text themes, go to Site Styles.

Then November gave him nothing. Not a lean month. Nothing.

He hadn't built a business. He'd built a very sophisticated way of waiting for the phone to ring — and every problem after that was caused by the one before it.

What eventually worked was unglamorous: writing down what has to be true before the next thing can work. That sequence is what he teaches now, and it exists because he got it wrong first, expensively.
